A typical meeting pattern is 2 to 3 hours every 6 weeks. Regular meetings help to keep a focus on
making progress, particularly in any breakthrough issues. Meetings can be supplemented with
telephone coaching as appropriate, albeit in practice there is no substitute for face to face coaching.

Early sessions will focus on
identifying what you want to
achieve longer term. Leadership
style, personal relationships and
hard business issues all typically
blend together.

Meetings will review progress,
explore what might be done and
then arrive at a clear focus on
the next steps. The dialogue
is entirely about what the client
wants to achieve.

The Coach provides a confidential
minute of the meeting – usually
to your home address in confidence.
