At the heart of the Planning for Success© framework is the Planning for Success© workshop. This introduces 10 steps
for teams to follow, to ensure they build the basic stepping-stones for managing performance. A fundamental concept
of the 10 steps is that they are equally applicable at the organisational and departmental level. Following the steps
